Frequently asked questions
General questions
Do you provide a site visit before quoting?
Yes. For most jobs we visit the site to check conditions and take measurements, then share an itemised estimate.
Can you handle civil and interior work together?
Yes. Civil work, tiles, carpentry, false ceiling, painting, aluminium and steel work can be handled by one team, or you can book individual services.
Do you work on apartments in Dwarka?
Yes. Society flats and DDA flats are a large share of the work in Dwarka. We follow each society's rules on working hours and debris.
Do you give a fixed price per square foot?
We avoid quoting blind rates because site conditions and material choices change the cost a lot. An itemised estimate after the site visit is more accurate.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes, including carpentry repairs, a single bathroom, tile replacement or a plaster patch.
Which areas do you cover?
Dwarka sectors and selected nearby areas. See the Areas we serve page or call to confirm your location.
Home Renovation
How much does home renovation cost in Dwarka?
It depends on the scope – how much civil work is involved, the materials you pick and the amount of carpentry. We give an itemised estimate after a site visit instead of a rough per-square-foot figure.
How long does a full flat renovation take?
Timelines depend on the size of the job and material delivery. A single bathroom or kitchen is much quicker than a full flat with civil changes. We share an expected schedule along with the estimate.
Interior Design
Do you provide interior design along with execution?
Yes, we plan the layout and materials with you and then carry out the work. We can also execute a design you already have.
Do you show 3D designs?
Tell us during the first call if you need 3D views. Most layout decisions are made on site with sketches and material samples.
Modular Kitchen
How much does a modular kitchen cost in Dwarka?
It depends on kitchen size, the number of drawers and accessories, the board and the shutter finish. We give a detailed estimate after measuring the kitchen.
Can you change the old kitchen platform too?

Wardrobe
