About Dwarka Home Renovation

A local contractor for home improvement work

Dwarka Home Renovation is a renovation, interior and construction contractor based in Dwarka, New Delhi. We take up interior work, carpentry and furniture, civil and masonry work, tiles and flooring, aluminium and steel fabrication, false ceilings and painting for homes, offices and shops.

On Google Maps the business is listed as Shiv Interior and Renovation.

Customers come to us for a single job – a wardrobe, a bathroom, a set of windows – or for a complete renovation where several trades have to work in sequence. Either way, the same team handles it from the site visit to handover.

How we work

• Site first. We visit, inspect and measure before giving an estimate.
• Itemised estimates. Each part of the work is priced separately so you know what you are paying for.
• Clear scope. What is included, what is extra and which materials will be used are agreed before work starts.
• Right sequence. Civil, plumbing and electrical first; tiles, ceiling and carpentry next; painting last.
• Joint handover. We go through the finished work with you and fix snag points.

What we don't do

We don't quote blind per-square-foot rates without seeing the site, we don't cut structural columns, beams or load-bearing walls, and we don't start construction without approved drawings.
